QUALICA has been delivering various IT services to domestic and international clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. The Major Account Systems Division 2 is engaged in system development and operation, serving as the exclusive IT strategic partner for specific clients. Since a lot of sensitive information is handled there, cybersecurity is a top priority. They decided in 2009 to integrate vulnerability scanning into its standard development process and selected Vex because of its high usability and low cost. By implementing a new framework in which all project members use Vex to perform vulnerability scanning, the company has raised and standardized the quality of security in system development and been promoting the delivery of secure systems.
